Instructions
Heat oven to 350°F and grease a large sheet pan well
Whisk flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt in a bowl
Stir in sour cream and eggs until just combined
Melt butter with water and cocoa powder in a pan
Cool slightly, then mix into the flour mixture
Pour batter into the pan and bake for 20 minutes
Boil milk, cocoa, and butter for the frosting
Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla, then add pecans
Pour warm frosting over the hot cake right away
Cool for ten minutes, then slice and serve
