  • 3 Cups Flour
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • ½ Tsp Baking Soda
  • ½ Tsp Salt
  • ½ Tsp Cup Butter
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ Cup Butterscotch syrup
  • ¼ Cup Heavy Cream
  • ¼ Cup  Butterscotch Chips
  • ½ Cup Butter
  • 1 Powdered Sugar
  • ¼ Tsp Salt
  • ¼ Butter Extract
  • ½ Tsp Vanilla

Instructions

  • Whisk dry ingredients
  • Cream butter and sugars
  • Add egg and vanilla
  • Stir in butterscotch syrup and cream
  • Fold in chips
  • Chill 1 hour
  • Bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes
  • Cool completely
  • Frost with butterscotch buttercream
