Cookies and Cream Cookies
Soft cookies and cream cookies with Oreo chunks and white chocolate, plus box cake, pudding, and sour cream versions.

Ingredients
- ¾ cup butter
- 2 Oz cream cheese
- ¾ cup sugar
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2½ cups flour
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 15 Oreos
- ¾ cup white chips
Instructions
- Beat cream cheese and butter
- Add sugars
- Egg, and vanilla
- Mix in dry ingredients
- Fold in Oreos and chips
- Chill 1 hour
- Bake 2-tbsp balls at 350°F for 10-12 minutes
