- ¾ Cup Melted butter
- 1¼ Cups Sugar
- 3¾ Cups Cocoa
- 4 Eggs
- 2 Tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Flour
- ½ Tsp Salt
- 8 Oz Cream cheese
- ⅓ Sugar for the filling
Instructions
- Whisk butter, sugar, and cocoa
- Beat in eggs and vanilla
- Fold in flour and salt
- Reserve ½ cup batter
- Beat the filling until smooth
- Layer and swirl
- Bake at 350°F for 35-40 minutes
- Cool and chill 2 hours
